I studied painting in the sixties and was prepared for a life
in fine art.
However in the last year of my course I began to discover music,
painting in the day and making music at night.
I have developed both crafts in tandem while experimenting
with technics for combining the two.
I believe there is a new and exciting place for this powerrful art form.

There is an inspiring knowledge, that can be found
Within the engagement, of creative environments
To find it we must turn away, from the past, and face the unexplained We must venture into the world, of random chance
Ideas of the self, must be abandoned
The centre of our being, lies within this knowledge
Without it everything in our universe, would be lost to confusion Nothing would escape
Without this knowledge, there would be major changes, to our environment They would begin slowly and subtly, and initially simply to explain
As wild imagination, or a zealous reaction
But through time, it would become, starkly apparent That communication had been lost, to a singular experience And the art of combined knowledge, had been forgotten
So divided, and driven by fashion, the ensuring disorder Would destroy our creative consciousness Awareness would be sucked , into sectors of individual thought And responsibility to our environment would disappear Desire for materialism would empower us
The arts would be turned into science
And love Would be exchanged, for possession
Then like a thief in the night The dream would be gone
